Shooshoos uses Dawn Wing, a third party express courier service and offers a standard 2-4 day delivery service nationwide. All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the time the order is placed and only once confirmation of payment is received when paying via EFT.

Shooshoos ships orders between Monday and Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Shooshoos offers free delivery on all orders nationwide.

Orders placed with Shooshoos receive a tracking number issued by our appointed third-party courier. This tracking number will be included on your ‘shipping email’ notification. Feel free to track your order should you wish. If the order seems abnormally delayed please contact Shooshoos for further assistance. We cannot guarantee ship times, we can offer estimated times based on Dawn Wing shipping time-table and guidelines. All payments made via EFT require a confirmation of payment to be emailed to us. Shooshoos cannot be held responsible for potentially delayed shipping due to us not receiving a confirmation of payment.
