RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you purchased your shoes from our website and wish to exchange them, we will be happy to do so within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept exchanges and returns on items purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your Shooshoos™ from a retailer, please contact that retailer for further assistance.

Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

To complete your return, please send us a receipt or proof of purchase, a picture of the returning item and reason for your return. Please email all this information to customercare@shooshoos.com Returns will only be acknowledged via email.

Note: Any approved refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed after the time Shooshoos receives the item back into its Warehouse. You are responsible for ensuring a timely return after receiving confirmation via email.

Any refunds processed will be exclusive of return shipping. Shooshoos does not offer free returns and you are not eligible to recoup any incurred return shipping costs. 

EXCHANGES

We will accept any exchanges on item(s) provided the item is returned new (unworn) and in original packaging including tags. Returns that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.

You are responsible for any additional shipping charges that will be incurred in the exchange process. Shooshoos is not liable for any shipping in an exchange process. 

Note: Please send your request for exchange to customercare@shooshoos.com along with your original order confirmation and your request for an exchange. Shooshoos will first verify your desired exchange request can be processed and inform you via email. You are then free to return the item for exchange.  

Exchange Shipping Fee: Shooshoos charges R120.00 (collection and return shipping to your address) However you are welcome to opt for another shipping method or service provider should you wish to. 

GIFT EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on Shooshoos gifts. We understand not everyone has your taste and we would be happy to exchange your Shooshoos gift. Please refer to the ‘Exchanges’ policy above.

DAMAGED ITEMS (30 DAYS)

Where possible items will be repaired or replaced with the same product in the same size and colors, subject to availability. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be given. Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty irrespective of the time elapsed since being purchased. We understand children love the garden but no infant soft sole is fully immune to the rigors of this type of wear and tear.

Note: Please send an email to customercare@shooshoos.com along with a picture, details about the issue and your original order confirmation. You will receive an email from Shooshoos shortly thereafter with further feedback. 

REFUNDS (MANUFACTURER DEFECTS)

If you receive a damaged item we will replace the item in the same size and style (subject to availability) at no cost to you.

Note: Please send an email to customercare@shooshoos.com informing us of your request and include an image, further details and your original order confirmation. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed (from the date of receiving the product into the Shooshoos warehouse)

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Shooshoos will however accept exchanges but only within the sale period which is stipulated on email marketing communications. Please refer to the exchange policy in this section to which all sales items apply.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SHOOSHOOS?

If you need to exchange an item, please contact Shooshoos Customer Care. Shooshoos will confirm acknowledgment of your request for return/exchange via email.

Please do not return an item without confirmation from Shooshoos. We cannot assist when we are not aware of your request and Shooshoos takes no responsibility for any delays, misplaced items or other issues that may arise from no confirmation.
