Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you purchased your shoes from our website and wish to exchange them, we will be happy to do so within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept exchanges and returns on items purchased directly from our website. If you made a purchase from a retailer, please contact that retailer for further assistance.
Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
Any approved refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed after the time Shooshoos receives the item back into its Warehouse. You will receive a shipping label via email shortly after your return request has been accepted.
We will accept any exchanges on item(s) provided the item is returned new (unworn) and in original packaging including tags.
Shooshoos offers one free exchange in accordance with the above. Returns for refund to payment method will be charged a standard shipping rate of R85.00. This will be reimbursed if the products are declared faulty after inspection in our warehouse. There is a convenient exchange procedure available on the website which allows you to log an exchange request. Once your exchange has been accepted you will receive further information via email confirming this. Shooshoos will provide you with a shipping label to be used for the collection of your exchange. `
Shooshoos only offers the option to exchange your purchased product for a different size. If you would like to exchange your purchased product for a different product a store-credit option is available. This store credit is to the value of your original purchase and excludes any shipping fees incurred.
Please note that no changes can be made to your original delivery address on exchanges.
DAMAGED ITEMS (30 DAYS)
Where possible items will be replaced with the same product in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If it cannot be replaced, a full refund will be given. Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty irrespective of the time elapsed since being purchased. We understand children love the garden but no infant soft sole is fully immune to the rigors of this type of wear and tear.
REFUNDS (MANUFACTURER DEFECTS)
If you receive a damaged item we will replace the item in the same size and style (subject to availability) at no cost to you.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Shooshoos will however accept exchanges on sizes subject to availability or store-credit which excludes any shipping fees incurred. Please refer to the exchange policy in this section to which all sales items apply.
Please note no free exchanges are available during sale periods. Further information will be available during these sale periods and communicated accordingly.
PRODUCT REVIEW & REFUNDS
When the package arrives back at the warehouse, the items are inspected before the refund or exchange is authorised. This process can take 2-3 days (longer during high-volume periods).
If the refund is approved, you will receive an email confirming that your money is on its way.
Your refund will be made according to your payment method.
An EFT refund will take up to 7 working days to be processed and 2-3 days to reflect in your account.
